  • Experience in standard industry architecture practices (e.g., visual modeling, architectural assessment, design patterns)
  • Project management or technical leadership experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with current enterprise architectures (e.g. n-tier, client server, distributed)
  • Familiarity with one or more enterprise architecture frameworks or methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, TEAF, MDA)
  • Experience with software development best practices
  • Ability to decompose and abstract both problems and solutions
  • Self starter with excellent organizational skills
